This is a very positive announcement for ATC, showing how confident SMS has in the project,
except for the missing sentence!!,

The missing sentence should have said something like:

"This additional US$11 million capital investment will be issued to SMS at a price per share equal to the lowest price per share that Altech issues new ordinary capital after approval-in-principle and before financial close of the targeted US$ 185 million debt facility."

Perhaps one of you kind folk with some time available could put that idea to Iggy/Shane please.
