Google them mate, this is chump change for both of them. Zurhaar was behind the original company that sold out to Enerflex 10 years ago and Lazarakis sold out his company for no doubt a handsome sum.
Zurhaar has popped up on my radar numerous times as seed capitalist on a number of deals as he also owns Core Equities, his personal PE company, making him by far the largest shareholder of Valmec. I would suggest that they didn't get in at 20c and this is just another investment they have made a good return on. Doubt there is any emotion involved, just returns.
