There had been some criticism of the capital raising by analysts and on HC given there was no apparent target acquisition at the time, and I thought uh-oh this is a little out of character of this always fastidious management.....
Fears allayed
I wonder if Vocus had any inkling of this development. Seriously doubt it, and thus it changes the whole dynamic of their approach.
I prefer to see AMM continue on their merry way - even without seeing what VOC were offering.
Thoughts?
