    I do not support JW as a director. Whether AT declares his allegiance or not I and other shareholders who are not happy with the direction of this company have every right if we so determine to make our voice heard with a 249D. I did not vend Bramall Hills into ICG for it and other lithium prospects to be stalled at the whim of JW.
