with permits like mac creek, mt lamb, fable and JE (JE I think) ICG may have had to spend X $$$ within a certain time frame to finalise permit acquisition
thats why mac creek was drilled - to finalise acquisition
fable might have run over time, hence JW needed to agree to the delay
it would be handy if BOD clarified status of any outstanding permit acquisition conditions
