This is really good news for holders. While I am not deep in this stock, I am pleased for others who have been sitting on big paper losses for a long time.
I have a feeling they've been sitting on this a while and have timed the release to support a funding arrangement. There will be a big lift in SP to support a future capital raise, as well as the possibility of government funding for HPA.
