in all seriousness if you believe in the magic clay study and the economics around it ( obviously i do not ) you should be happy they have taken a big obstacle out of the way with fairly minimal dilution... who cares in the long run if the project actually works out.
Despite what you might think MEP has/had all the leverage.
Rolling the board like everyone here was so gungho about would have a way worse effect on the company than this fairly insignificant deal imo.
now back to the usual programming, can we get a short report screenshot? i have not seen one in 3 minutes!
