Tell me if I'm missing something but MEP should now be worth 1.15 times more that ADN so if we are 18 cents they should be 20.5. Now on top of this they will also have a spin off company. Say this spin off company is worth just 5cents wouldn't this mean if we're sitting at 18 cent then they should be around 25? I'm no expert that's for sure and very happy to now own 100% but bloody hell MEP have walked away MASSIVE winners out of this deal. I think all ADN share holders should have been given a share in this new company as well.
