me neither, this has been a long time in the boardrooms and the shorters knew 100% about the delayed DFS long ago. So from what I see of it without really having time to read all the fine print is that we are going to finance MEP into the new IPO they get to keep their other assets MEP merges into ADN but MEP shareholders get to receive shares in Breakaway and we don’t? What is happening with our non core assets? At some stage going over to Breakaway ?
I think the shorty pyjama brigade are going to have another day in the sun. TC still involve big time, thought we had learnt our lesson there, sure AS involved again.
