Agree with you 100% RED...
I have taken the time to read most posts today and came to the conclusion that a great number of SH are vision challenged.
ADN , in my view have executed a timely opportunistic brilliant investment for the future for a paltry sweetner/cost to MOP UP MEP when comparing the short term cost/investment to the increased asset value now and return on investment into the future. Making the move now (before the DFS) is tactically brilliant because if they were to move after the DFS and succesful outcomes with concrete, HPA & other applications it would have cost a hell of a lot more.
Contrary to all the negative comments on the short term disappointment , I see a bigger profitable future without any potential hinderances from a junior partner.
All this for a paltry investment now for a much bigger cake all to ourselves
