A bit unfair to call JM a liar without having the full story. For all we know, the DFS could have been on track for release this quarter and the board outvoted him while putting together the MEP deal.
That said, all these mixed messages and about-turning is certainly not enhancing anyone's faith in the people in charge of this company. I expect the shareholder dial-in and the AGM will be interesting affairs, so I hope they come with thick skins and good answers.
