Grumpy LTH here with my simplistic view of todays ann's ...

1. MEP buyout..... Good for both company's SH'rs, more so MEP (I hold both but mostly ADN)

2. Delayed DFS..... Not happy Jan that timing is pushed back a further 3-6 mths. But understand it is potentially much better in long-term & hopefully patience will be rewarded handsomely.

Comments.
- JM will need to be on his game for tomorrows webinar as delayed DFS is a nasty surprise. Looking for more clearer detail on the reasoning behind the delay & timeline from here. Also looking for clarity on what will be in or out of the DFS (eg cement) Nothing wishy washy.
- BoD looking more & more inept. Any directors from MEP we want ? eg Tony Belperio who seems be a driver of NN. Would perceive as a negative if he does not stay involved.
- the AGM could be very interesting. Todays ann on DFS delay will not win any votes for many of the resolutions esp Grivas re-election & remuneration proposal. We need a board who can deliver the potential we all know ADN has. (I'll be there in person with my votes in my pocket & a bag of popcorn).

I'm staying a LTH for now, as the investment thesis remains compelling IMO, but now want see the revised strategy clearly articulated & locked in, and then delivered without further delays.
