I wonder if they are delaying the DFS so MEP don't get full view of the value of their 25% and ask for more. $110m for 25% of GW and 50% of the nano tech company seems like pretty good buying to me.
I also think if you are a shareholder of MEP you will be happy with this offer. 60% premium + you get to keep all your other assets win win on both sides of the fence. Best transactions are the ones that both parties are happy with. Congrats to both holders, onward and upwards or as they say in the crypto world... to the moon!
