I think there is some psychology at play too. There is the risk of falling in love with a stock. But there is also a risk of over-compensating by setting unrealistic expectations.

Given ADN are a junior explorer with a small team, many posters expectations have been super unrealistic, IMHO. Take the merger for example. That’s a complex negotiation that must have taken months. Its not like haggling with a used-car salesman. There are stakeholders, shareholders, short-term views, strategy, conflicting interests, finances, potential customers, and legal matters to balance. I am amazed they pulled this off while doing the Mining Application, working on the DFS, exploring alternative markets, and god knows what else.

Delays, changes, CRs and cost overruns define the junior explorer landscape.
