Not a bad deal...if folks see through the short term market over-reaction...the only major issue I see is the time horizon for project funding as that window is showing some nervous signs relating to long dated credit spreads and hurdle rates.( a 1.0% increase in commercial rates can make or break a project or suggnifently effect its ROI) Financiers may also want to see more bankable sales contracts to support lending. Having said that ADN has plenty of C.A.B
