not a good deal for ADN at all. shorters win. again. This was the sticking point and anyone with half a brain could see this coming. Messy finance with MEP still in the deal and this was inevitable. the only question was how much of a premium ADN had to pay.
this is too much. A gift for MEP, more dilution AGAIN for ADN.
well played TheLoft but you were wrong about shorting ADN at 20c. this will go to early teens now with the DFS delays.
