This is a fantastic outcome, IMHO. The DFS delay is no big deal for me. The SP may drop over the next few months. So be it. This deal removes a potentially costly structure (governance conflicts of interest, negotiating with 3rd parties, etc), and provides 100% exposure. Love it!
