I couldn't be happier about this announcement. My investment timeframe is measured in years, not minutes. As for dilution, some cant do basic math. The extra SOI must be calculated against the increased ownership the deal provides.

Short term this is a solid win for MEP holders. Long term, its an enormous win for ADN, including existing and soon to be new holders.

As for the shorters, they'll still have to buy on market. Good luck covering without driving the SP up. Historically, as soon as the shorters stopped shorting, the SP recovered quickly. They'll have to stump up at least 10% of volume on a consistent basis to suppress the SP. In the process, they'll just dig a deeper hole.
