Bjmackay -The explanation is because it is a crap deal. Today’s SP moves reflects the value destruction inflicted by ADN board once again. Ponderous, clumsy and overpriced. Dont forget that ADN also agreed to give MEP the gold copper and other non GW assets as well as seed cash for their spinco. ADN has acted as though it was over a barrel! Board has again underdelivered. Long term benefits but execution is very poor.
