I actually think this is a good move.
Getting him off the board is a big deal and opens up a board spot to another experienced person.
I likely expect this other person is "just about" to join ADN in the next week.
MGMT is important....the right BOD is more important.
As I said before, J & J aren't going anywhere.
Getting them both off the board where they shouldn't have been put on is key for ADN to succeed IMO.
