If I had limited time to spend on allocations and it was fully subscribed I would parcel up all the $30,000 bids and check on the shareholders held time , allocate the long term holders the full amount and close off the raise with the hundreds of smaller bids missing out completely . Purely from a bean counters perspective though. But I still maintain that unless promised news flows before the close off date ( higher sp) then that will not be an issue as all receive what they wanted.
