most companies time permitting would look at the loyalty factor first of all, at the end of the day the last thing they want are shareholders who are likely to just flip their shares for quick profit, eg Pezz, Wombat, K Ching, Youngie , myself etc would all get their $30,000 worth, those just in the company not likely to get any, assuming of course it was over subscribed. That’s why they put sole discretion in their notices. I have had recent CR’s and SPP’s where I got the full amount and many shareholders complaining about being massively cut back whilst others got their money back.
