230KTPA isn't the production target - not sure where you got that figure?
250ktpa feedstock, likely ~116000ktpa saleable product (DFS to confirm).
BOA currently sit at 75ktpa, leaves 41ktpa left.
PE of 14 also pretty low for this market, but again the DFS will provide more sound estimates.
Even on your rough figures the SP is undervalued currently without considering other tenements and mineral production
