He is right tho... MOST studys are wrong and undershoot capex and opex by >20% .... then you get into the resource grade vs actual grade and the real costs of other stuff add up quick ( not to mention hiding capex in sust capex distorts the real NPV figure even more )
anyone with half a brain takes even a BFS level of detail with a 20% grain of salt.
its all upside for companys to make the project look better on paper ... it lowers the cost of capital and thats the name of the game for mine building.
