HPA is being wheeled out from the crypt.
Not completely impossible that this development will come under the umbrella of the eventuating TX agreement.
Cynics will say this is a "look over there" announcement while we wait for the fabled TX unicorn.
Just about anything is possible over the next month I'd say. Guardedly optimistic. Great White H-K is a melting pot of possibilities.
