My understanding is they've had many options for funding but Bob has been very very particular about who he wants to work with (unlike JM). Given TX's track record in the industrial minerals sector, their base in Europe, and established network across Europe and Asia they seem the perfect match for us. I just hope we don't have to sell too much flesh to get it over the line.
