If we don't go with them and we saw a bunch of their processes and IP it may get legal from their side (That's what I would do.)

If ADN has built a better mouse trap (AEM seemed to have a good one according to James 12 months ago), maybe do some sharing deal or even buy them out via script if they have valuable IP, such as this new 6N process? (As a private company with no real large sales except the 5N stuff, I don't think they could value themselves that much.)

All just guesses as we haven't been told anything re-HPA for a while.
We were promised HPA update from James a few weeks ago I believe?
