on a more serious note, I do wonder what the NPV is when HRM is fully validated, and taken up by the likes of Traxys for distribution with significant volume and whatever Hallets bring to the table, let alone the Zircon replacement (if it comes off)

there was a note in the DFS, that conservative pricing was used for a small part of HRM.

but we need to get there, let's hope we close EOF with a winner announcement.
