Concrete levels jump on the 3/4/5 day, you don't want to go faster as you risk thermal cracking. Set times are dictated by the fineness of the cement particles when ground from clinker and controlled as to not be too fine or too course.

Completely false for the reasons above. For other applications like house slabs in winter there is already many accelerators that are very very inexpensive.
