Cant see it beating existing products, "nanotubes" in general are mostly an acedemic marketing fad its been trialed and done to death. Its too variable and not cost competitive. Unless its a 0 cost byproduct + logistically viable to get to a plant, batchable , more competitve than straight cement you might as well consider it a non starter.
Use case is very very niche, its easy to get a trial run with a major ( good pr for everyone ) but expect it to have minimal market and be slowly killed off.
