I was referring to general mixes and should have been clearer, tilt panels etc and am in agreeance with you regarding the 1 day pour and lift, pricing.
Water cooling yes a very good point, certainly in use though impractical when you are at the back of Bamaga. We generally go for low heat when combined with the cracker mate system seems to work well for large pours, we pour from Cairns to Gove and have a rough idea what we are doing.
i would mildly disagree though that faster curing times aren't an issue, I can only assume that you don't sign the cheques, holding costs can be extreme.
