Well clearly the testing would appear to show a quicker hardening if you like, which can result in shortening of time frames and reducing of a range of costs.
Probably the steps prior are the specifying of any product into the documents that are being used to tender then construct the job whatever it is.
To be fair guys pouring house slabs aren't going to care less what they are using as long as it goes hard and grey.
The uses would be all commercial at a guess so you would bet they are talking to all parties at that level.
But I can tell you reduced time frames on any site works, once proven and established will be the norm.
