With yearly reviews may imply there's bigger fish swimming in the waters to take the other 376,000 T over that 3 year period. Could this be the meaning of " Negotiations are in progress to lock in strategic offtake agreements for the balance of the initial Great White plant output to further de-risk the project."
No doubt the more you buy the bigger the discount ( Unless supply get strangled)
