Certainly doesn't seem to talk about tech. So difficult as an outsider to really know what could be going on, or what went on. It all gets a bit shady whenever something is bought from a liquidation, so goodness knows what happened at that time and then since that time. Anyway, on the face of it it looks as though the judge thinks Ford has a enough of a case to pursue these other directors?
Doesn't tell us who are the good guys and who are the baddies!! Nor indeed if anything would change with ADN or not.
