Well this is very interesting.

The model here is to license the plant technology. I suspect this would mean ADN would pay a royalty to AEM Technologies. So what we could see is something like a 15% royalty paid to AEM.

First two scenarios  I have previously developed and provides a set of conservative calculations - 3-way and 2-way JV.

This morning I've added a 4 kt pa scenario (conservative) in addition older scenarios at 8kt pa and 12kt pa.

I have also added a more bullish case.

There are two scenarios modelled based on production using feedstock from Mt Hope. There are two ways this could be achieved:

1. Build a processing plant at Mt Hope funded by ADN's profits from Great White
2. Truck quantities of ore from Mt Hope to Great White to produce the feedstock. The quantities transported would be comparatively small.

A scenario as a 3-way JV

( production of feed from Great White and revenue shared by ADN, AEM and MEP ).
Profits shared equally amongst 3 parties.






A scenario as a 2-way JV

( production of feed from Mt Hope and revenue shared by ADN and AEM ).
Profits shared equally amongst 2 parties.





Now for the bullish case ...

ADN producing HPA from Mt Hope feedstock and paying a 15% share of Revenue to AEM.
