Thanks for posting the small piece on Bob Katsioleris, Wado.

What concerns me is that one salesman at the top has been replaced by another salesman.

ADN have got themselves a reputation as 'spenders' now, and sales guys with the optimism are almost
always overspending. It's just not my favoured approach to have spenders in charge, as I prefer a frugality, especially in such a crazy cost environment as this. That being said, I know nothing about Bob Katsioleris.
Commercial awareness, great, we all need that, however we also need to get things done right, first time, without any nebulous drivel. In short, we need efficient, effective cost conscious action that is seen through to completion as opposed to talk and spend.
