what are you talking about?
In case you didn’t notice, a lot of investors are rather upset with the BOD!
In a large part because they have preformed poorly, displaying contempt for the (large) retail component on the book, and sought to handsomely reward their mediocre efforts.

The results from the Agm are, or should be, a huge embarrassment to the board, not withstanding Melissa.

the clear message from the AGM, I think is….
1. Don’t take your position for granted!
2.Don’t take the piss… we aren’t stupid.
3. Stop riding along on the MD’s coattails.
4. Get a giddy up and get the milestones ticked off.
5. Don’t be greedy and put your own interest ahead of the shareholders, ADN is not your personal play thing.
6. The past is not the future.
7. Extraordinary potential requires extraordinary people, recognise when to bring them into the business.

I look forward to further analysis of the AGM by anyone who cares to comment, I don’t think shutting down the conversation and “moving on” is in anyone’s interest.
Some commentators here on HC are highly valued by those of us less experienced in corporate BS.
When the subject’s thrown out for discussion have been twisted, turned, poked and prodded by all how care to comment, then it’s time move on.
