Based on what? Where is your evidence of under performance? RG and AS aren't polished show ponies, unlike JM, but that hardly means their contribution is poor. Non-Execs aren't meant to be company's face. Many posters here (not talking about you) are Dunning-Kruger Karens. They only know about their jobs, pushing trolleys, flipping burgers, pig hunting, collecting their pension, or whatever they do, and imagine they understand what a board does. Well its clear they don't understand. The smallest bit of research would reveal that the Non-Execs have achieved precisely what their role requires, and the evidence of their success is in the company's strategic direction and senior hires.

RG did appear defensive. So what. He's not Nelson Mandela or some other great historical figure who can rise above all obstacles to achieve greatness in the face of hatred. He is a NED of a small Australian company, who was under attack. Sure, from our armchairs, we all could have performed better.

Where is the evidence that the NEDs have performed poorly? Have they made bad hires? Is the company's strategic direction flawed? Has ADN failed to manage strategic risk? Where is the evidence of failure?

The only failure is the fall from 40c to 15c. News flash, all junior explorers' share prices are volatile. Volatility is the risk that comes with the potential reward. Don't like it, then buy fixed term deposits. We don't know why they did a CR at 15c, and probably never will. Its easy enough to speculate a dozen reasons why it was the best of a bunch of bad choices.

ADN's achievements to date are the BOD's achievements. Now, JM may take the limelight, but for the Dunning-Kruger Karens out there, that is absolutely zero proof that he is running the show. JM is the highly visible part of the ice burg. But its what lies beneath that keeps all companies stable. Its actually better if only one person wants to be the show pony. Teams that have too many show ponies sink.
