The failure is in RG inability to communicate, the boards screw up of a laid on a plate capital raise, talking publicly about shorting, RG/AS declining to tell you what they do and how much time they spend on ADN activities but demanding a big pay rise (those votes against 10 & 11 were big), failing to contain the CEO's obvious enthusiasm and hence publishing overly aggressive timelines which are actually out of the company's control. I don't want show ponies either. When I graduate to the ADN register, just want some folks who will complement JM's technical know how with some commercial and corporate smarts. Some of us try to spot failures before they happen, not clean up the shit afterwards. This is the case here. the entire board has got the company to here (tick and RG/AS have done some of it, more early than later IMHO) but you can see it's starting to get flaky. And to balls up from here would reasonably make you cry.
