Forth go at writing my AGM report. I’ll keep it to the bits you won’t find in the presentation.
- 2 weeks till Buffalo rig handover. Results will be Xmas present if all goes to plan.
- approx 2 years to Buffalo production.
- 12 or so banks, interested in providing 60% of CVN dorado capital contributions. Rest will have to be funded by cash/sales/cap raise or any combo of above.
- going as fast as possible to development of Dorado. Good relationship with Santos at all levels. No concerns with Santos not wanting to develop.
- drilling all ‘vanilla’.
- AC not being kept awake at night with FID of Dorado.
- regular catch ups with Advance.
- rebuffed a question about not needing exploration / new developments to meet potential demand supply in future.
- majors not interested under 300mboe net Cvn .
- asset not attractive to others until post FID
- I might have spied Gotta. There were two gentlemen sat together (one in a flat cap). That’s my best guess of who Gotta is.
