I guess he feels he doesn’t need to own shares in BRK if he’s a shareholder in Black Mesa. That’s how he’ll make his millions and cash out eventually. Plus he’ll probably get freebie BRK options. It’s not a good look at all having your MD own no stock but his interests are aligned with ours.
