This one seems to be moving at a much faster pace. Hall is at American Pacific Borate & Lithium (ABR) - they IPO'd in July this year. I'm not sure how much more I can say without this post being removed for cross-promoting so maybe just take a look over there.
I would think we are very close with HFR now. Fingers crossed that glorious permitting approval is in our hands before year end.
