When I was in my early 30's I was running approx 80kms+ per a week.

I found when I breathed through my nose I ran a lot more comfortably and relaxed, an if I breathed in through my mouth I got a very dry throat, which I found irritating.

I've tried the blue 'BOLT2' which the latest one has derived from and it certainly gave me better airflow true my nose....I'm not running much these days as the joints and back suffer, but I would still enjoy running to walking if the body could take it.

The thing I'm waiting for is the snoring piece.
I've tried the BOLT2 and it definitely helped...so my wife tells me,(which is very important) but I find it a little uncomfortable.

MJ tells me the new version is a lot more user friendly and softer to wear.
Also it's got little wedge like things on the sides that help keep in in the nasal passages.
I found during the night sometimes I would rub my nose (or that's what I thought happened) and sometimes knock it (the BOLT2)out, but I'd imagine the Torpedo will be a lot better.

I have tried the 'Breathe Right' pieces and they didn't do anything for me.

Look forward to the new trial the snoring equivalent of the Torpedo.

    Regards
    Dabru
