Ann: Annual Report to shareholders, page-2

My first thoughts after reading both intro letters and a quick scan:

- Both guys use the word "refinement" in regards to the very clear material change in DFS strategy. I still can't fathom why they couldn't have just been honest up front.

- "Procurement activities for long lead items are underway and are anticipated to take up to approximately twelve months for delivery."
I.e. we won't be mining until early 2024.

- CC: "We are now awaiting the completion of assessment of the technical specifications of the various Plant components prior to the Plant being assembled for testing and certification."
There is no mention of clear timelines anywhere in the document, so I would be surprised to see anything in the coming 6 months.

- Wilkes: "We continued moving towards making a final investment decision..." vs Marsh: "It's not if we mine, it's when."

Global financial environment has really taken the fun out of funding.

This document deserves incredible scrutiny, and I look forward to hearing the questions that follow at the AGM.
