I agree with you. This causes uncertainty.
Furthermore if they publish all stats they can likely repeat the process again with each BOA as with each BOA things change.
Then what if sign up more capacity than what starter plant allows? 100% certain this procurement is designed for upgrades as BOAs come in. Well I would do that.
For now I am indeed OK letting ADN churn away chipping at BOAs.
When/If IMCD happens I think many of us will relax.
Our old JV partners are kicking goals if anyone is interested. They have had an unsolicited takeover offer but not likely to be accepted. Even if you are not financially vested there is bound to be an interesting long drawn out story developing at DRM, it'll be better than TV
