Exactly that mate! They want new share owners so they get the renumeration resolution passed.
Even if they get a second strike, we will probably still end up with the existing crappy board members as I can’t see who would step in that would have the relevant skills in industrial minerals. The board probably wouldn’t care if they got the second strike except their reputation would be tarnished not that they care!
Very disappointing from the board as they have no regard for the shareholders!
