Rubbish.
They announced all the fluffed up nonsense well before discussions with Chinese refineries. Over promoted and fell way short on what they delivered. The retracted initial 'resource' etc in 2014, the statement on "dividends", "mining in 2015" blah blah blah. You can't rewrite history by selectively plucking announcement quotes out from 4 years later in my opinion.
