To raise that amount of money ($75m) would require ~400m shares to be issued at a price of 19c.
That would not only be a kick in the teeth for shareholders but include a kick in the guts and backside while your at it.
Then what we go through a consolidation again because there are a billion shares on issue.
I really hope this is not the outcome MD is going to deliver at this SP.
