Some time ago we put in a Retail POS system
One of my friends also had same system , the conversation was around how much we paid in support and subscription
He pointed out to me you want the company that supplies you to profitable , because if they go under we would end up with a computer not a POS system
same applies to ADO and Ellume
Ellume will want to make sure ADO are financially secure , so as not to put their interests in danger
So new contract will certainly have both companies interests protected
