You're forgetting JF & Co. claim this ad nauseum .... time to deliver on these continued promises of 'well advanced negotiations' .... and let's not forget the MSD expansion agreement that is referenced in the highlights section was not renewed on the 10th August as I have pointed out previously in the below post so I wonder what is going on there ?
